72 hours or more before the scheduled flight: Cancel or reschedule – 100% refund

24 to 71 hours before the scheduled flight: Cancel or reschedule – 70% refund

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight: Reschedule only (subject to availability) – No refund

If the operator cancels (e.g., due to bad weather): Automatic reschedule or full refund (your choice)

No-show Policy: If the guest is not present at the scheduled pick-up point, not staying at the designated hotel, or fails to be ready on time (e.g., oversleeping or late arrival), no refund will be issued.
